Most of it is already free.
Three things are not.
Name, description, logo, favicon, accent colour, corner radius and font are free for every installation. The brandpack adds the three things that make the page entirely yours.

The brandpack is a short signed string. Your installation checks the signature itself, so nothing has to reach us for it to work, today or in ten years.

Order
Tell us the organisation name that goes on the key. That name is the only thing in it, and it is shown on your Customization page.

Receive the key by email
The key arrives at the address you gave, together with the terms you bought under. Lost the email? Sign in to your account with a link we send you and copy it again.

Activate
In Amfora, open Customization, scroll to Brandpack, paste the key and press Activate. Your keys also stay in your account at amfora.solutionmax.net/account. The credit disappears at once and the background and CSS fields unlock.
Runs on 2.0 or newer. Verified locally with an Ed25519 signature, no phone-home, no licence server to keep alive. If you remove the key, the credit comes back and your stored background and CSS wait for the next activation.

Prices include applicable VAT. The total and the tax treatment are shown before you pay; business customers with a valid EU VAT number are invoiced under the reverse charge where the law allows it. Hosting is your own cost.
Consumer rights. A brandpack is digital content delivered at once. If you buy as a consumer, checkout asks for your express consent to immediate delivery and your acknowledgement that the 14-day right of withdrawal ends when the key is sent. Prefer to keep the 14 days? Email us first and we deliver after they have passed. If the key does not work and we cannot make it work, you get your money back either way.

Amfora is licensed under Apache License 2.0. A brandpack removes the SolutionMAX brand from the interface, not the licence from the source: the NOTICE file and the attribution to the original author stay in every copy.

Straight answers.
Can I use one brandpack on several servers?
Yes. The key is issued to an organisation, not to a domain or a machine. Run it on as many installations of that organisation as you like: production, staging, a second region.
Does it expire when a new major version comes out?
No. Paid once is paid once. The key stays valid across every future version, and updates are free for every installation, with or without a brandpack.
Can I resell it, or use it for my customers' installations?
A brandpack covers your own organisation. A hosting company or agency that runs Amfora for several customers needs one per customer organisation. Write to us for volume pricing.
The source is Apache-2.0. Why pay to remove a line?
You do not have to. Anyone may fork Amfora and take the credit out themselves; the licence allows it. The brandpack is for people who would rather pay €79 than maintain a fork, and who want the work to keep going. Everything the money funds is published under the same licence.
Does the brandpack change the licence or the NOTICE file?
No. The Apache License 2.0 and the NOTICE with the original author's attribution stay in every copy of the source and the image. White-label means our brand leaves the interface, not that the licence leaves the code.
What happens if SolutionMAX disappears?
Nothing changes on your side. The key is verified by your own installation with a public key that ships in the source. There is no licence server to call and nothing to renew.
I lost the email with the key.
Write to mail@solutionmax.net from the address you ordered with and we send it again. Keys are also visible on your Customization page while active.
Is custom CSS safe to allow?
It is admin-only and the server strips the dangerous parts before it reaches a page: imports, external URLs, expressions and behaviours are removed and the size is capped at 20 kB. Your CSS restyles your pages; it cannot load code from elsewhere.
